Schola Classes

Schola Classes has been a meeting place for teachers and students since 2006, offering a collaborative school environment for homeschool families in Sugar Land, Texas. They aim to provide a secure and rigorous learning environment where students can contemplate all of life under God. Schola combines the best of home and classroom learning, allowing parents to personalize each child’s study while teachers provide structure and expertise.

Schola offers a variety of classes for grades K-12, including art classes such as Elements of Art, Famous Artists, and Drawing & Painting/Mixed Media. These classes are designed for elementary and junior high students, providing a rich encounter with art. Schola also offers classes in mathematics, science, and language arts.

Schola's approach focuses on creating a Christ-centered community where students can thrive through learning and fellowship. The collaborative model provides strong academics without the high cost of full-time private school, inviting students to explore the great works of history and culture and develop their unique gifts.
