Life Arts TX is operated by Deborah Douglas, a long-time resident of Quail Valley. Deborah is an experienced energy worker with certifications in Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi/Qigong, Aromatherapy, crystal therapy, and Sound bathing with crystal singing bowls. She has been involved in the area's women’s clubs and has a passion for helping people move, release toxins, stress, and tension. Deborah even ran her own karate dojo for many years, achieving the title of Renshi, 6th degree black belt. In 2021, she converted the front room of her home into a dedicated Reiki Room and Yoga Studio.

Life Arts TX offers a variety of classes and sessions to promote well-being. Deborah teaches Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Tai Chi classes at the Missouri City Recreation and Tennis Center. She also offers Yoga at Lake Olympia Clubhouse. Additionally, Reiki sessions and individual or group Sound Bath sessions are available by appointment.
