About This Studio
Founded in 2006 by World Renowned Artist Sabaudin Xhaferi and his son Laert Aleksi Xhaferi, Studio Sabka has become a Fort Worth institution for classical art education and a gallery showcasing European artwork. Laert Aleksi Xhaferi, who began learning from his father at age eight, now carries on the tradition of teaching professional art, aiming to share his knowledge with inspired artists. He emphasizes the importance of loving art and being patient with the process. Studio Sabka strives to be more than just a school; it aims to be a family for its students.
Studio Sabka offers a variety of art lessons catering to different skill levels and interests. Students can explore techniques in oil painting, pastels, watercolors, color pencils, and charcoals. The curriculum covers styles and methods of the “Old Masters,” including Classicism, Neo-Classicism, Romanticism, and Impressionism. Classes are available for both adults and children, with specialized programs like the 4 Week Youth Program for ages 6-12 and master trial packages for those seeking professional training.
Unlike chain art studios, Studio Sabka provides a personal and community-focused environment. Students become part of a close-knit artistic community. The studio also offers opportunities to display artwork in its gallery during Fort Worth's city-wide Gallery Night and gain publicity for their creations. Visit Studio Sabka to experience a space where artistic passion is nurtured and celebrated.
