Salt & Light Collective was founded in 2024 by Marissa Bryson, who for years facilitated cooking classes from her home. Recognizing food's power to bring people together, Marissa expanded her vision to offer a wider array of classes and events, providing opportunities for education, confidence-building, and community development. Salt & Light collaborates with local creatives, inviting them to share their talents and offerings, making it a unique destination for learning and connection.

They offer a diverse range of classes for kids and adults. Culinary arts classes include tamale workshops, summer cooking camps, and date night cooking experiences. Creative arts classes range from painting and calligraphy to charcoal and pastels. Life skills classes cover topics like cooking, sewing, crocheting, and Adulting 101. They also welcome homeschoolers and offer opportunities to earn Troop Merit Badges.

Located in a historic building in Old Town Keller, Salt & Light Collective provides a nurturing and unique atmosphere.
