Cake Carousel is a family-owned business serving the North Dallas and Arlington areas. Owner Jeri Kopecky has been in the cake industry for over 40 years, starting as a home business. Jeri and her husband Richard purchased Cake Carousel over 20 years ago, building it into a family affair with their daughter Kelli and son Richard also involved. Kelli has been teaching classes for 20 years, helping students improve their skills or simply enjoy a fun new craft.

Cake Carousel offers a wide variety of classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Class types include cake decorating, cookie decorating, fondant figures, isomalt, airbrushing, macarons, and more. They offer classes on fondant, candy apples, edible fabric, painting techniques, cake pops, buttercream, and of course cake and cookie decorating. The Richardson location also offers classes on Petit Fours, French Macarons, Modeling Chocolate Figures, and Cupcake Decorating.
